Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer full or partial refunds for the following valid cases: defective or damaged items, incorrect deliveries, unfulfilled services, verified payment errors, and unused & unactivated virtual products within the valid application period. Valid proof such as photos, videos or order records may be required for review.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for voluntarily abandoned orders, partially used or activated virtual products, customer-caused damaged goods, customized products, non-refundable promotional clearance items, and expired refund applications without official approval.

3. Refund Process & Time

To apply for a refund, please submit your request with your order number and relevant proof via our official customer service channel. All applications will be reviewed within 3–7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment channel within 5–15 working days, depending on payment methods. The actual arrival time is subject to third-party financial institution processing.

4. Return Shipping Fees

We cover return shipping fees for quality issues and our delivery errors. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality related returns due to personal reasons.
